Products and Listings
We sell Magic: The Gathering singles, sealed products, and related collectible items. We make every reasonable effort to describe products accurately, including set, printing, treatment, condition, and other relevant details.
Because collectible card values can change quickly, prices may change at any time without notice. A price change after purchase does not create a right to a refund or adjustment.
Product images may be representative where appropriate for sealed products. For individual collectible cards, the listing details control the transaction.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or inappropriate.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments are handled through Shopify and its supported payment providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Shipping
Orders are shipped according to the shipping options and handling information shown at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and order-problem procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Collectible Condition and Market Value
Trading card condition involves reasonable judgment based on commonly accepted collectible-card standards. Minor differences in grading opinion do not necessarily mean that an item was misrepresented.
The market value of collectible products may rise or fall after purchase. Lotus & Legends MTG does not guarantee future value, resale value, liquidity, or investment performance of any product sold.
Intellectual Property
All original website text, branding, layout, graphics, and other original content created by Lotus & Legends MTG may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
Magic: The Gathering, card names, card artwork, set names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. Lotus & Legends MTG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast unless explicitly stated otherwise.
