Base plan limits
- Up to 300 bookkeeping transactions per month
- Up to 3 financial accounts
- Up to 3 sales platforms
Marketplace activity may be summarized by stream, settlement, day, or payout when adequate source reports are available. Individual card sales do not need to be entered one-by-one into QuickBooks when they can be properly supported and reconciled through marketplace reporting.
Optional Personal Finance Add-On — +$100/month
For business owners who also want help organizing personal finances, this can include household cash-flow organization, budgeting, bill tracking, spending review, and a monthly personal financial snapshot. Personal finances are kept separate from the business books.
Important notes
- QuickBooks Online is not included in the $250 monthly fee. The right QuickBooks plan will be selected based on the needs of your business and billed separately.
- Historical cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping is not included in the monthly fee and will be quoted separately if needed.
- Tax preparation, tax filing, payroll processing, sales-tax filing, and advisory work outside the normal monthly bookkeeping scope are not included unless separately agreed to in writing.
